• Structural Integrity: The internal framework uses 70x48mm and 95x48mm CLS C16 structural grade timber, including wind bracing, to deliver stability and longevity.
• Premium Cladding and Flooring: Treated 22mm thick shiplap timber cladding enhances durability and aesthetics, while the floor features 22mm tongue and groove pine floorboards laid on 50x50mm treated timber runners for added resilience.
• Traditional Roof Design: The roof combines 95x48mm C16 traditional timber trusses with queen post, an 11mm OSB roof board, a waterproof breather membrane, roofing laths, and reclaimed slate. Reclaimed clay ridge tiles, timber fascias, bargeboards, and soffits complete the classic look.
• Secure Access: The 900mm wide shiplap door, built with 95x48mm C16 CLS framework and ledged and braced, provides secure and convenient access with heavy-duty ironmongery.
