Handcrafted in the UK using solid French oak, the structure is built from 125mm square oak posts and 30mm thick oak boards, providing exceptional strength and longevity. Traditional wooden pegged mortise and tenon joints allow the green, unseasoned oak to naturally contract over time, tightening the joints and creating an extremely robust structure designed to last for generations.
The three-bay layout offers generous storage while maintaining excellent airflow. A raised slatted oak floor promotes ventilation beneath the logs, helping to keep firewood dry, seasoned, and ready to burn throughout the year.
Roofing & Weather Protection
The 3 Bay Oak Log Store is finished with a reclaimed Welsh slate roof, selected for its outstanding lifespan, weather resistance, and timeless appearance. The roof is supported by treated softwood rafters and laths, ensuring long-term structural stability and reliable protection in all weather conditions.
Optional black guttering is available to manage rainwater runoff and protect surrounding surfaces.
