What cookies do

Cookies are small files stored on your device. Some help the website, basket, checkout and security features work. Others help measure visits or support optional features and advertising.

Your choices

Our CookieYes banner lets you accept all cookies, reject optional cookies or customise your choices. Necessary cookies remain enabled. Optional categories start switched off. Browsing the website does not count as consent.

You can change or withdraw your choices at any time using Cookie Preferences. You can also remove existing cookies through your browser settings. Withdrawing consent affects future use; it does not undo processing that took place before withdrawal.

Cookie categories

Necessary: support functions you request, such as remembering your basket, keeping your shopping session secure and recording cookie preferences.

Functional and performance: support optional features or preferences where enabled.

Analytics: Google Analytics helps us understand visits and use of the website. Analytics cookies require your consent.

Advertising: optional advertising and measurement cookies require your consent.

Examples and typical lifetimes

Cookies depend on the features you use, whether you are signed in, your choices and browser settings. The following are examples rather than a complete live scan.

• cookieyes-consent: records your cookie choices. Our banner is configured to remember them for up to 365 days.
• woocommerce_cart_hash and woocommerce_items_in_cart: support basket functions; normally session cookies.
• wp_woocommerce_session_…: identifies your shopping session. Guest sessions normally last up to two days; signed-in sessions may last longer.
• _ga and _ga_…: Google Analytics cookies used to distinguish visitors and maintain session information when analytics consent is granted; Google’s default lifetime is up to two years.

Google consent signals

We use Google Consent Mode to communicate your choices to Google tags. Denying consent prevents those tags from storing or reading analytics and advertising cookies. Google tags may still send limited cookieless measurement signals; rejecting cookies does not necessarily stop every request to Google.

Third-party services and more information

Payments, security services and optional embedded content may use their own cookies or similar technologies when you use those features. Their exact use depends on the service and your choices. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information about personal data and contact us with any cookie questions.

We may update this policy when the website or its cookie settings change.
